These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BetOranje platform (betoranje.app) operated by Zephyr Holding SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica ("we", "us", "the Operator"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Be legally permitted to use online gambling services in your country or region of residence.
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Not be an employee or close relative of an employee of the Operator or any affiliated company.
- Register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these criteria.
2. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with any other person. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate registration details. We reserve the right to verify all information provided and to require additional documentation at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. We may also request verification at other stages of the account lifecycle, including at deposit, bonus activation, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address dated within the last 3 months. Additional documents may be requested in specific circumstances. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld pending completion of the verification process.
4. Deposits
The minimum deposit is EUR 20. Deposits are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, and 20+ cryptocurrencies. The maximum deposit per transaction is EUR 1,000 for fiat methods. Daily and monthly fiat deposit limits apply as described on the Payments page.
Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party funding is not permitted. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is EUR 40. Withdrawal limits are EUR 2,500 per day, EUR 7,500 per week, and EUR 15,000 per month. VIP Legend members have unlimited withdrawal limits. Processing takes up to 48 hours after approval.
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit (fiat to fiat, crypto to crypto). Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. We reserve the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests.
6. Bonus Terms
6.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses must be activated in the cashier before making the qualifying deposit. Post-deposit bonus requests will not be accepted.
- The maximum bet while a bonus is active is EUR 5 per spin or hand. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- Bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 35x the bonus amount.
- Free spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement.
- Bonuses are valid for 3 days from the date of credit. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
- Each player is eligible for each bonus offer once unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Casino Welcome Package
The five-deposit casino welcome package (up to EUR 11,500 + 400 FS) is available to new players on their first five qualifying deposits. Each step must be individually activated. The full breakdown is available on the Promotions page.
6.3 Sports Welcome Package
The sports welcome package (up to EUR 25,900 across 9 deposits) is available to new sports players. Each step must be individually activated before the qualifying deposit.
6.4 Ongoing Promotions
Weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and rakeback offers are subject to the specific terms stated with each offer. Cashback and rakeback are paid without wagering requirements. Weekly reload bonuses carry standard bonus wagering requirements.
6.5 Bonus Abuse
We actively monitor accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated play. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have bonuses voided and winnings forfeited. In serious cases, the account will be permanently closed.
7. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Platform for any of the following:
- Any fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity.
- Money laundering or any activity that could facilitate money laundering.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to disguise your actual location.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format.
- Funding your account with proceeds from unlawful activity.
Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
8. Game Rules and Disputes
All games on the Platform are provided by independent software studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live events, depending on the game type. The Operator is not responsible for errors in third-party game software.
In the event of a technical malfunction, bets and game sessions affected by the malfunction may be voided. If a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout, we reserve the right to correct the balance. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant session.
9. Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time of placement. The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds. Accumulator bets are void if one or more selections are cancelled. Live bet placements are final once confirmed, subject to disconnection policies.
10. Responsible Gambling
We are committed to responsible gambling. Players can apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion through the support team or directly in their account settings. 11. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account for responsible gambling reasons, the closure will take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any bonus funds outstanding at time of closure are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; loss of winnings due to technical failure (where the failure is beyond our reasonable control); loss of access due to your account being suspended for breach of these Terms; or decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under the BetOranje Anjouan operating licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our complaints process will be referred to the relevant regulatory body or to binding arbitration as specified by applicable licence conditions.
To submit a formal complaint, email support@betoranje.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 days.
